In all of our group and private fasting courses, you are gently guided through the key phases of the Buchinger fasting method. Together we share practical tips for everyday life, set personal intentions, and create a supportive space to discuss experiences, questions, and challenges.
Course structure
All fasting courses include:
• Preparation Day (at home): Guidance to prepare your body for fasting
• Fasting Meeting(s): Guided Group session(s) in Person or Private Session Online
• Reintroduction Day (at home): Instructions for gently breaking the fast -
· Develop a deeper awareness of hunger and satiety
· Experience a sense of mental clarity and calm
· Create space for self-reflection and greater body awareness
· Support the development of healthier routines and eating habits
· Feel lighter, more focused, and more connected to their body

· Fasting can help reduce overall calorie intake and promote more mindful eating habits.
· Regular periods without food may help the body respond more efficiently to insulin.
· Longer eating breaks encourage the body to tap into its fat reserves for fuel.
· Fasting allows the digestive organs time to rest and recover.
· Fasting can activate the body’s natural “clean-up” process (Autophagy)
· Fasting is linked to lower levels of certain inflammatory markers.

Fasting may not be suitable for everyone. It is important to consult your doctor before participating in a fasting course or a nutrition consultation with a fasting approach to determine whether fasting is suitable for you—especially if you have any health conditions or regularly take medication.
The fasting course offered is a guided wellness and preventive program and does not constitute medical or therapeutic treatment. It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or therapy.
People who are not eligible to participate in our fasting programs:
· Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals
· Children and adolescents (under 18)
· People who are underweight or have eating disorders (e.g., anorexia, bulimia)
· Individuals with serious physical illnesses, such as: cardiovascular diseases, severe kidney or liver conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, cancer
· People with Type 1 diabetes (due to risk of severe blood sugar fluctuations)
· Individuals taking medications that require food intake or may be affected by fasting
· Older adults with frailty or at risk of malnutrition
· People with weakened immune systems or acute infections

For a more personalized experience, we offer private one-on-one sessions designed entirely around you. In this setting, we can go deeper into your individual goals, lifestyle, and health needs, creating a fasting journey that feels both supportive and sustainable. You’ll receive dedicated guidance through every stage—from mindful preparation and setting the right conditions, to navigating the fasting period with confidence, and finally integrating nourishing habits as you transition back to food. We will also prepare a nourishing organic fasting broth together—a simple, grounding ritual you can easily continue at home. This format allows for greater flexibility, more in-depth support, and a space where you can be fully seen, heard, and guided at your own pace.

• Reintroduction Day: Instructions for gently breaking the fast
Optional Follow Up: 30 minutes (booked separately)
Our 30-minute follow-up session is a gentle space to reflect on your fasting experience. Together, we’ll take time to explore how the fasting process felt for you—physically, mentally, and emotionally—honoring both the challenges and the insights that may have emerged along the way.
This session is also an opportunity to reassess and refine your nutrition plan as you transition back into regular eating. We’ll focus on what your body needs now, helping you reintroduce foods in a way that feels nourishing, balanced, and sustainable. Whether you’re looking to maintain the benefits of your fast, rebuild energy, or establish new habits, you’ll receive thoughtful, personalized guidance tailored to your current state and goals.
With space for your questions and reflections, this follow-up ensures you feel supported not just during the fast, but in the important phase that comes after—where lasting change truly takes root.
