1 & 2 Day Fasting Courses
In all of our fasting courses, you are gently guided through the key phases of fasting. Together we share practical tips for everyday life, set personal intentions, and create a supportive space to discuss experiences, questions, and challenges.
Course structure
All fasting courses include:
• Preparation Day (at home): Guidance to prepare your body for fasting
• Fasting Meeting(s): Guided Group session(s) in Person or Private Session Online
• Reintroduction Day (at home): Instructions for gently breaking the fastMany participants value fasting as an opportunity to:

In this setting, we can go deeper into your individual goals, lifestyle, and health needs, creating a fasting journey that feels both supportive and sustainable. You’ll receive dedicated guidance through every stage—from mindful preparation and setting the right conditions, to navigating the fasting period with confidence, and finally integrating nourishing habits as you transition back to food. We will also prepare a nourishing organic fasting broth together—a simple, grounding ritual you can easily continue at home. This format allows for greater flexibility, more in-depth support, and a space where you can be fully seen, heard, and guided at your own pace.

Option 2: 1-Day Fasting Course (In Person)
In our one-day fasting course, you are gently introduced to the key elements of Buchinger fasting in a calm and supportive small-group setting (max. 8 People). Together, we create space to slow down, tune into your body, and gain a deeper understanding of fasting as a mindful and restorative practice.
As part of the experience, we prepare and enjoy a nourishing organic vegetable broth together—a simple, grounding ritual that you can easily continue at home.

Option 3: 2-Day Fasting Course (In Person)
In our in-person fasting courses, you are gently guided through the key phases of Buchinger fasting within a small, supportive group setting (max. 8 People). Together, we create a calm and welcoming space where you can slow down, connect with others, and turn your focus inward.
The course unfolds through simple, grounding rituals. On the first day, we prepare and enjoy a nourishing organic vegetable broth together—an intentional start that brings warmth and connection to the group. On the second day, we enjoy a freshly pressed juice, marking a special moment to reflect on your experience.

Option 4: Dinner Canceling Women’s Circle Tea Hour (In Person)
Take a pause from your usual evening routine and join our Dinner-Canceling Tea Hour. Instead of dinner, we share a refreshing organic fasting tea and explore the gentle practice of intermittent fasting by giving the body a longer overnight break.
We provide a space for open conversation about nutrition, habits, and small changes in everyday life that can bring more ease, balance, and mindfulness into our lives—as well as the things that move and occupy us day to day.An evening to pause, recharge, and enjoy together—light, warm, and connecting.
