No, fasting is not suitable for everyone.
People who are not eligible to participate in our fasting programs:
· Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals
· Children and adolescents (under 18)
· People who are underweight or have eating disorders (e.g., anorexia, bulimia)
· Individuals with serious physical illnesses, such as: cardiovascular diseases, severe kidney or liver conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, cancer
· People with Type 1 diabetes (due to risk of severe blood sugar fluctuations)
· Individuals taking medications that require food intake or may be affected by fasting
· Older adults with frailty or at risk of malnutrition
· People with weakened immune systems or acute infections
