In our 2-day weekend fasting courses, we guide you step by step through all phases of fasting. We share practical everyday tips, set personal goals, and create a space to openly discuss concerns and challenges. On the first day together, we cook and enjoy a nourishing organic vegetable broth and, on the second day, toast with freshly pressed juice—a special moment to reflect on your first fasting experiences and find new motivation.
Our fasting courses are intentionally held in small groups, creating a welcoming atmosphere where each participant has the opportunity to connect with a supportive fasting community.

Friday – Preparation Day: Fasting preparation instructions for home
Saturday – Fasting Meeting: 10:00 – 12:00
Sunday – Fasting Meeting: 10:00 – 11:00
Sunday Afternoon/Evening: Instructions for reintroducing food at home
